Jewel of the North in Pointe aux Piments, Mauritius

From 3rd till 4th August, my colleagues, Natasha, Madeleine and I tried out the ‘Jewel of the North’. For those asking what or who the ‘Jewel of the North’ is, it is probably the most friendly villa complex in North-West Mauritius and it is well worth a visit. As part of my journalism tasks I had to write a press release on exceptional spa locations in Mauritius and, by chance, I’d heard about LE MERIDIEN hotel. Paradise Beach Luxury Apartment, Pointe d’Esny, Mauritius

From 28th June till 30th June 2012 I spent three wonderful days at a Paradise Beach luxury apartment on the South-East coast of Mauritius with my lovely colleague, Natasha. The apartment is only 15 minutes’ drive away from SSR international airport, 20 minutes’ drive from Curepipe and approx. 45 minutes from Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius.
