The Scope magazine, we use it to at home to check whats on on the TV channels. Online I don't think that you can see the tv channels/programme.

"Or do the locals use the international cable/satellite TV Channels to watch the broadcasted matches?"

Yes, they do. There are several cable companies here, one local from the MBC and then others, like CANAL+. On their sport channels you get to see the soccer games.

"Hmm, I am from Singapore and we do have our local football scene too. However, due to our culture, we do have difficulty in finding local talents who can play football professionally (full-time), thus we rely on foreign talents as well. It is getting stronger and more recognizable by the year, so hopefully, we can make a bigger impact on the world in the years to come."
