Looking for medium/long term accomodation, west coast, from May / Jun09?

Dear all

I am a professional (South African) male, based in London and planning on coming over to Mauritius for (long term) business from May / June 2009.
I am looking for medium to long term (3 / 6 or 12months - depending on what you have available please) accomodation on the West Coast of Mauritius please?

Ideally looking for a
-2 (or 3) bedroom bungalow / apartment (will even consider large 1 bedroom)
-partly or fully furnished
-as near to the beach as possible?... in either:
-Flic end Flac, Tamarin, Black River, Grand Riviera Noir (need to be able to commute to near Quatre Bornes daily.)
-starting from 25 May09 / 01 Jun09 / nearby? (even Jul09 - depending on what you have available)

If you have, or know of someone who has such accomodation available, please get in touch with details via emails or private message?
I have numerous references as an excellent tenant.

Hello Victor,

thank you very much for your mail. As a matter of fact we recently decided to sell the bungalow and not to rent it anymore are we reside in Germany and it needs lots of responsibilities and supervision. It is a duplex building, the one on the roadside is completely finished/furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with 2 showers, toilet and bidet, 1 guest WC, a big kitchen with a terrace, living room, dining room, upstairs is one bedroom,a big terrace and the building is in a disposition of an alarm equipment. The second one at the backside is only the completed building shell. We would like to sell both to one grantee.
