The 22 accommodations are scattered in a large garden, directly on the sea. Kuxville offers villas, studios, apartments and bungalows for 1-6 persons. Nearly all accommodations offer a beautiful view on the Indian Ocean and the three islets offshore, Gunner’s Point, Flat Island and Round Island. The Bungalows Serendip are located on the other side of the coastal road in a beautiful tropical garden. From these bungalows it is also only one minute to the beach.

On the reception one is always happy to help you. Here you can change your money and buy stamps. In the main building you find a TV lounge, a library and an Internet corner. Kuxville also offers its own diving and kite surfing school.
