This cute beachfront Mauritius villa is located at the northern tip of the coast on our lovely tropical island in the Indian ocean, which is directly at the beach or like the French like to say “pieds dans l’eau”  - with your foot directly in water! With 3 double bedrooms it has space for 6 adults. There is a fully furnished kitchen, a living room, and 3 verandahs. 2 double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
The verandah on the first floor has a splendid dreamlike view over the ocean and the en suite double bedroom on the ground floor has its own private, cozy enclosed verandah greatly adorned with flowers. Around 15-20 metres from the beach, you can enjoy a splendid view over the picturesque panoramic ocean. You’ll even see some islands on the horizons, and some of these can even be visited on a boat trip. Popular is to go to the Gabriel island for a picnic by boat. This beach house is a private property and its design was made with care and love by its owner who uses this place as her second house when it is not rented. Take note of the beautiful mirrors with handmade mosaic forms next to them.

Now managed by the Kuxville team for the services provided on the spot, it allows for exclusivity in which they are an experienced family business and provide services such as a cook who can prepare your dishes, regular cleaning and a few others at an extra such as laundry or your shopping.

Thus you can book this villa as self catering, with breakfast or half board. Exclusive service like in hotels, but here the difference is that you’ll be served directly in the villa! With a real tropical setting atmosphere, seated on the verandah while watching over the turquoise coloured ocean, you will savor every minute of this moment! The way it is built and its position really give it a predominant position and there is also the notion of space which will make you feel at ease, and even more than at home.
