La Felicita is a family owned residence complex in the north west of Mauritius, located directly at the lovely white sandy beach of Trou aux Biches. This beach is wide, long and spacious compared to most other beaches in Mauritius. You can name this state of the art place as a beach front property as you would see it in dreamlike settings on postal cards, or in French we would say “pieds dans l’eau”. The village itself has the real tropical flair, the atmosphere that one will expect it to be like when setting forth the long travelling journey from the cold to the warmth of an island in the Indian ocean known as Mauritius! This village comes with some hotels, apartments, beach front villas, few shops, a supermarket and fishermen staying around and lots of sandy roads. A bit how most people picture Mauritius to be like, cozy, comfortable, where time has stopped, friendly and the way one would wish his dream holiday to be like.
The prestigious location where Le Felicita is located makes it, as one would say in German “das A und O”, which means the place to be, the one and only location breaking the limits of what one can dream of. Sitting in the garden or the balcony and contemplating the sea view, a feeling of satisfaction takes over, and it takes only a few minutes for this peace to reveal itself like a message deep inside, linking to beautiful memories, saying to yourself there isn’t any need for more, this is it! I have found my place!
The apartments in La Felicita that we offer are located on the ground floor and first floor. They are fully set and come with 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen fully set, 1 living room with TV and 1 nice balcony with a splendid view over the white sandy beach and ocean. The complex is held by the family and used by them. At the back of the complex you have a parking, and in front the private spacious garden, with an old tree that gives a nice shade during the sunny day and further on you have the white sandy beach where you can also play beach volley.
The sea is ideal for bathing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boat trips and if you think now that you have had it all, you even get occasions where you can see dolphins, go diving with them or see them from the balcony. This occasion of meeting up with the dolphins has become a bit rarer now but who knows, you might be lucky enough during your stay to catch a glimpse of them!
From the balcony you will also be able to admire a very beautiful sunset, which is quite popular in this location as it is the north west coast. During the hot summer, you will enjoy the light sea breeze that will go through the well aerated apartment and if you need it colder you can also make use of the air conditioners and ceiling fans.
