Activities

As this is a Mauritius beach front property, you will first of all benefit of its close access to its beach and sea where you can eventually do boat trips with the local fisherman for fishing, enjoy the views of its coral reefs by snorkelling or just a ride around the lagoon or a picnic to the neighbouring islands such as Ilot Gabriel, for this though you might need to go to Grand Baie.

Of course the Trou aux Biches sea is also excellent for swimming right off the beach of the beach house property as they have one of the best spots in the entire lagoon – crystal clear water and clean sand underfoot. Snorkelling can be done around the rocks which dot the coastline, on the reef. Watersports can be enjoyed, but you might need to check that at the hotels, a few hundred metres away.

Long walks on the beach are popular. The beach is suitable for ball games as well and jogging.

Swimming in front of the property is also safe for children. Toddlers can play there quite safely as well, of course parents should still keep an eye on their children while being at the beach. The lagoon is also well protected by a reef which is nice to snorkel to.

Trou aux Biches also has a romantic setting to offer, such as its famous sunset that you can contemplate right from the balcony of the apartment or at the beach. Also nice to enjoy while walking along the beach.
