Overview

This Mauritian vacation rental, on a self catering basis, for 2-7 persons in each unit (3 in total), with air conditioning, is directly situated at the turquoise lagoon of Grand Baie, the dolce vita in the north of Mauritius. This ideally located Mauritius Beach House Alma; is a duplex beach bungalow composed of 3 units all next to each other in a row and is set in such a way that you will have your intimacy on the verandah with an enjoyable sea view and direct access to the beach.

Each duplex bungalow is composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the ground floor has en suite bathroom with 2 single beds next to each other,  the next bedroom on the first floor has 2 single beds and the other bedroom next to it has 1 double bed and an additional small single bed for an extra person. The whole bungalow can accommodate 7 Persons + 1 child with an extra bed. There is an additional bathroom plus a separate toilet.

There are 2 verandahs, 1 kitchen, a living room with access to the verandah and sea view for each duplex. Serviced two times a week for cleaning, towels and bed linen are changed once a week. Your clothes can be washed upon request for an extra.

When you open your verandah, within a few steps you will be on the beach of grand baie where you can have a sun bathe or go for a bath. This place is quite centrally located but not directly at the main road, you still need to take a small bypass road to reach it. Due to its proximity to the centre which is around 1Km away, it is easy to have access to restaurants, shops, bars  and clubs. Bus stops are nearby and for a few rupees within a few minutes you can find yourself at top long sandy beaches such as Mont-Choisy, Trou aux Biches or Pereybere. This place is pricewise a good deal for families and groups as for example if you are more than 7 people you can also book the other duplexes. So in total all 3 duplexes could accommodate a maximum of 30 Persons.
If you are looking for a place that is directly at the beach, not as expensive as an exclusive villa, located close to the centre avoiding the constant need of car rentals or taxis, this place is the right one for you to enjoy a nice Mauritius holiday.
