Setting

The guest house has an apartment with 4 rooms which are individually rented on the 1st floor. A 5th room is not directly connected with the building and has its own terrace. 

The guest house also has a spacious combined living- and dining room which is available to all guests. Everyone has access to the fully equipped kitchen and the large balcony which provide a great opportunity for making new acquaintances.  

The kitchen has a refrigerator which is only accessible to the owner. Here he keeps foods needed for breakfast, which is included in the rental price. Guests can use a refrigerator which is located in the dining- and living room. The kitchen also has a microwave oven, a gas cooking stove, and electric kettle which can be used by all. 

The 4 rooms located in the guest house all have different sizes and offer a different view- either of the garden or of the ocean. 

Each room has an adjacent bath room with WC and a shower, a double bed and a fan. Three of the 4 rooms offer each an additional single bed for a 3rd Person. Some rooms additionally have a mini bar and air-conditioning. 

The 5th room which is not connected with the house also has a double bed, an adjacent bath room and a fan. Additionally, it has its own little terrace. 

The spacious living room and the balcony of the guest house offer a great view of the beautiful turquoise blue ocean.
