There are two villas and twelve apartments: the first row of four are beach-facing while the second row are composed of six premium apartments on the ground and first floor. The second floor has two penthouses and the third row houses the two villas. The villas and penthouses each have three en-suite bedrooms while the beach-front and premium apartments have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartments are furnished in a refreshing, modern style with white, grey and brown tones predominant throughout. This creates a relaxing and cool atmosphere which contrasts beautifully with the warm colours of the tropical gardens.

The two villas have their own private swimming pools set in lush, landscaped surroundings, while the beach-front and premium apartments share a large infinity pool which looks out onto the Indian Ocean.
