Overview

The Villa Trocial is situated in a quiet residential area in Pointe d’Esny, in the south of Mauritius. The villa is located directly on the beautiful beach. Relax on the white sandy beach and take a dip in the turquoise water of the Indian Ocean. As there are mainly private residences and villas on the beach you will be able to find tranquility and recreation here. The small paradise has to be shared with only a few other guests. 

The Villa can accommodate up to 6 persons. On two floors you find two double rooms, two single rooms, three bathrooms, a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are colourfully decorated in an island style. Here you will also find numerous paintings of local artists. Furthermore the villa offers a terrace with garden view, a veranda with sea view and a beautiful tropical garden. 

Pointe d’Esny is a calm village in the south of Mauritius island. Here you find mainly private residences and villas. The village offers two restaurants and shopping possibilities. The beautiful beach of Blue Bay is only a walk of 2 minutes away. The lagoon is surrounded by a coral reef and was declared a marine park in 1997. The Blue Bay Marine Park is a paradise for snorkelers and divers. More than 50 species of corals and a great variety of tropical fish have been identified here.
