Post in Mauritius

Of course one wants to rejoice friends and family back home with a postcard from Mauritius. The tariffs are very low priced, but it can take some weeks until letters and postcards arrive.

Post offices are open from Monday till Friday 8.15 - 11.15 a.m. and noon – 4 p.m. and on Saturday 8.15 – 11.45 a.m. Stamps can also be bought in some souvenir shops and you can also hand in your letters and postcards on many reception desks.
